Who needs it?

Our fully electronic DOT drug & alcohol testing consortium program is customizable to your specific regulations in 49 CFR Part 40, so whether you manage a fleet of trucks or railroad employees, we’ve got you covered.
  • Your vehicle has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001+ pounds
  • You’re transporting at least 16 passengers
  • You’re transporting hazardous materials and require placarding
  • You are a certificated air carrier or operator who is authorized to conduct operations by the DOT.
  • You perform safety-sensitive functions. This includes flight attendants, crew members and aviation screeners.
  • You are a safety-sensitive employee who meets the FRA’s hours of service laws. This includes all engine service, dispatching and signal employees.
  • You operate, maintain or otherwise control a public
    transit vehicle.
  • You work on a pipeline or in a liquified natural gas facility. This includes all operators, maintenance personnel and emergency-response professionals.
  • You work (or operate) a vessel owned by the United States that must be operated by someone who holds a license, certificate of registry or merchant mariner’s document.
